Service Satisfaction Guarantee
At artisticaestyle, we are committed to delivering exceptional seasonal maintenance services. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of service completion to discuss any concerns.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy for seasonal maintenance services is as follows:
More Than 48 Hours Notice
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. No cancellation fee will be charged.
24 to 48 Hours Notice
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled service will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. The remaining deposit will be refunded.
Less Than 24 Hours Notice
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, or no-shows, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover our team's time and scheduling costs.
Rescheduling
Need to change your service date? No problem. Artisticaestyle offers free rescheduling with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability. Contact us as soon as possible to arrange a new date.
Weather-Related Changes
Seasonal maintenance work is weather-dependent. If artisticaestyle needs to reschedule due to adverse weather conditions (heavy rain, storms, frost), we will contact you to arrange an alternative date at no additional cost.
Service Package Refunds
For annual or seasonal maintenance packages:
- Refunds for unused services may be requested within 14 days of purchase
- After 14 days, unused services can be credited toward future work
- Partial refunds will be calculated based on services already rendered
- Administrative fees may apply for package cancellations
Quality Concerns
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our seasonal maintenance work:
- Contact us within 48 hours of service completion
- Provide specific details about your concerns
- We will schedule a follow-up visit to address the issues at no additional charge
- If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will discuss appropriate compensation
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
Exceptions
This return and cancellation policy does not apply to:
- Emergency call-out services
- Custom or specialized services
- Services where materials have already been purchased specifically for your project
Special terms for these services will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
